An "On Farm Readiness Review (OFRR)" for a Rural Farm in Pennsylvania is presented by the Local Food Safety Collaborative as educational assistance for farmers serving local markets. The video highlights how good food safety management is good farm management on all scales of farms and in all cultural contexts. The review is conducted by a Produce Safety Program Specialist from the PA Department of Agriculture and a Produce Safety Educator is along for the review. Its purpose is to help demystify food safety practices for independent and family farmers complying with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
