An "On Farm Readiness Review (OFRR)" for an Urban Farm in Baltimore, MD is presented by the Local Food Safety Collaborative as educational assistance for farmers serving local markets. The video highlights how good food safety management is good farm management on all scales of farms and in all cultural contexts. The review is conducted by a Produce Safety Educator from the University of Maryland Extension on this urban farm which is also managed by a Produce Safety Educator. Its purpose is to help demystify food safety practices for independent and family farmers complying with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
