We’ll look at two of the seven FSMA rules that will affect farms, food processors and packing houses across the nation – the Produce Safety Rule and the Preventive Controls for Human Foods Rule – and help you determine whether your produce crops or food products are covered under either. If they are covered, we’ll help you find out whether you may be eligible for any exemptions to the rules. Finally, you’ll learn how much time you have to be in compliance and where you can go to learn more and get training.
