Brenden St John works as a Food Safety Specialist with Produce Food Safety Services. PFSS is a program of the Georgia Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association. Brenden helps farmers, packers, shippers, and processors by developing customized food safety plans and paperwork, FSMA compliance, HACCP Plans and risk assessments, 2nd Party Audits, Pre-audit assessments, audit escorts, and education tailored to produce operations nationwide. Before joining PFSS Brenden was the food safety director with several of the largest produce dealers in the Southeast managing several different audit schemes including Organic, SQF, and Primus Packinghouse, cooling/Cold Storage and Storage and Distribution with sales in excess of $100M annually. Brenden is certified in Preventive Controls for Human Food, HACCP, Foreign Supplier Verification, and is a trainer with the Produce Safety Alliance.
