Cleaning and sanitizing are not the same thing—a surface cannot be sanitized without first being cleaned. This video describes the appropriate way to clean and sanitize food contact surfaces, such as tables, tools and harvest bins, using the 4-step process: Rinse/clear debris, wash with detergent, rinse with potable water, and sanitize.
