The University of Wisconsin-Madison hosted a webinar by Dr. Abby Snyder, Cornell University, that presented an overview of the basic requirements for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and how to prepared small food businesses to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The webinar is intended for small (<$1 million in sales/year) food entrepreneurs, small food businesses, farm market managers an directors of shared-use kitchens. Compliance with record keeping requirements under FSMA is stressed.
