Hilario Alvarez and his family run Alvarez Organic Farms, a certified organic diversified vegetable farm in Mabton, WA where they grow 200 varieties of peppers and 300 varieties of vegetables and have been in the agriculture business for over 30 years. In this episode of Tilth Alliance's Farm Walks Podcast, we talk with them about how their farm has changed recently, including during the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically in regards to employee management and sales.
