These training materials were developed for educating small processors on FSMA implementation by highlighting the overlaps between regulatory requirements and quality assurance programs.  The series has three modules, Module 1: Quality Assurance and Quality Control (2 presentations), Module 2: Microbiological Testing of Foods (4 presentations), Module 3: Pathogen Environmental Monitoring Programs (3 presentations).  PowerPoint files have scripts embedded in the “notes” section.  High-quality voice over recordings of the presentations are available on YouTube and are accessible via the links below.  Module 1 was developed by Dr. Luxin Wang.  Module 2 was developed by Dr. Erin DiCaprio.  Module 3 was developed by Dr. Linda J.
