Dr. Stephanie Cotter is a Postdoctoral Researcher at North Carolina State University. She has experience designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating an online Environmental Monitoring Course for Small Dairy Processors that utilized interactive and adaptive learning components. The focus of the training evaluation, and overall dissertation, was to identify the value of interactivity in online food safety training. Cotter now assists the Stevenson food safety online learning experience production lab with designing needs assessments, online training content, course evaluations, and mentor graduate students in experimental design.
